Wie sieht Dein Alltag aus?

Du arbeitest aktiv in allen Abteilungen, die ein Hotel ausmachen, und eignest Dir alles grundlegende Wissen an, um später in der jeweiligen Abteilung arbeiten zu können.
Du lernst alle Facetten eines Hotels kennen und übst Dich im Umgang mit Menschen.
Du erwirbst parallel in der Berufsschule theoretisches Wissen und wendest dieses im täglichen Arbeitsumfeld an
Du lernst selbständig und Team-Playing
Du erbringst Dienstleistung auf hohem Niveau und unterstützt dabei die Fachkräfte in den Abteilungen

Wer bist Du?

Wir suchen Auszubildende, die Lust auf Gäste und eine Leidenschaft für die Hotellerie haben. Für Deine Ausbildung als Hotelfachmann/-frau solltest Du mindestens 17 Jahre alt sein, einen mittleren Schulabschluss haben und gute Noten in Deutsch und Mathe mitbringen, schließlich wirst Du auch kassieren und Rechnungen erstellen.
Da viele Gäste und Urlauber auch aus dem Ausland anreisen, sind Fremdsprachen sehr wichtig. Ein „How can I help you?" oder ein „S’il vous plaît" erleichtern ihnen den Kontakt zu den Gästen ungemein, weshalb Englisch ein Muss ist. Jede weitere Fremdsprache hebt Dich von Mitbewerbern ab.

What does your everyday look like?

You actively work in all departments that make up a hotel and acquire all the basic knowledge to be able to work in the respective department later.
You will get to know all facets of a hotel and practice dealing with people.
At the same time, you will acquire theoretical knowledge at school and apply it in the daily work environment.
You learn to work independently and in a team
You will provide a high level of service and support the specialists in the departments.

Who are you?

We are looking for trainees who like guests and have a passion for the hotel business. For your training as a hotel specialist, you should be at least 17 years old, have a middle school diploma and good grades in German and math, after all, you will also cashier and prepare invoices.
Since many guests and vacationers come from abroad, foreign languages are very important. A "How can I help you?" or a "S'il vous plaît" will make it much easier for them to get in touch with guests, which is why English is a must. Any other foreign language will set you apart from your competitors.
