Who are we?
The hotel complex Holiday Inn & Holiday Inn Express Munich City East is a business and conference hotel in Munich. The hotel has a total of 306 rooms including 6 luxurious balcony rooms, modern equipped spacious conference amenities with 180 m² total area for up to 100 people, a restaurant with an open lobby concept, a hotel bar with 40 seats and a rooftop bar with 55 seats. It was designed for a lot of the sun light to come and make it extremely bright and inviting.

Your mission
Ensure the smooth operation of the front office in accordance with Hilton Worldwide standards as well as house standards.
This includes:
- Greeting and checking in guests as well as assisting with group travel arrangements.
- Check-out departing guests using the hotel's proprietary system
- Serve as a key contact person for guests and respond efficiently to inquiries and complaints
- Be constantly informed of all hotel products, services, rates and special promotions, as well as current VIPs and special events
- Maximize revenue through upselling and marketing programs
- General telephone duties as well as taking reservations
- Professional demeanor, especially with regard to hospitality and guest services
- and adherence to Hilton standards
- Responsible handling of incoming payments
