Das Hampton by Hilton Freiburg ist ein Hotel mit 175 Zimmern, Bar- und Frühstücksbereich und einem Fitness Center. Die Lage des Hotels im urbanen Güterbahnhof-Quartier ist ideal für Geschäfts- und Urlaubsreisende. Der Freiburger Hauptbahnhof ist nur 2,7 km, die Universität nur 2,2 km entfernt. Das Messegelände der Stadt Freiburg, mit interessanten Messen und Events, ist fußläufig erreichbar. Unseren Gästen bieten wir neben kostenfreiem Frühstück auch das WLAN gratis an. Weiter verfügt das Hotel über 45 Tiefgaragenplätze, eine 24/7 HUB Bar mit Snackbereich und einen rund um die Uhr Fitnessbereich.

Wie sieht Dein Alltag aus?

Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablaufes des Front Office nach den Hilton Worldwide Standard sowie Hausstandards
dazu gehören:

Begrüßung und Check-in der Gäste sowie Betreuung von Gruppenreisen
Check-out abreisender Gäste unter Verwendung des hoteleigenen Systems
eine wichtige Kontaktperson für die Gäste darstellen und effizient auf Anfragen und Beschwerden reagieren
stets über alle Produkte, Dienstleistungen, Preise und spezielle Sonderaktionen des Hotel sowie aktuelle VIPs und Sonderveranstaltungen informiert sein
Maximierung der Umsatzerlöse durch Upselling und Marketingprogramme
allgemeine Telefonaufgaben sowie das Annehmen von Reservierungen
professionelles Auftreten, besonders im Hinblick auf Gastfreundschaft und Gästeservice
sowie Einhaltung der Hilton Standards
verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit den Zahlungseingängen

Your mission

Ensure the smooth operation of the front office in accordance with Hilton Worldwide standards as well as house standards.
This includes:

Greeting and checking in guests as well as assisting with group travel arrangements.
Check-out departing guests using the hotel's proprietary system
Serve as a key contact person for guests and respond efficiently to inquiries and complaints
Be constantly informed of all hotel products, services, rates and special promotions, as well as current VIPs and special events
Maximize revenue through upselling and marketing programs
General telephone duties as well as taking reservations
Professional demeanor, especially with regard to hospitality and guest services
and adherence to Hilton standards
Responsible handling of incoming payments
