Das Hotel befindet sich auf der östlichen Seite des Hauptbahnhofes und ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Unseren Gästen bieten wir neben kostenfreiem Express Start™-Frühstück auch kostenfreies WLAN an. Dazu bietet das Hotel 122 Tiefgaragenstellplätze, 2 Tagungsräume und eine Co-Working-Area.

Wie sieht Dein Alltag aus?

Du empfängst unsere Gäste herzlich und sorgst mit deinem professionellen Auftreten für einen rundum positiven ersten Eindruck
Als kompetente Ansprechperson berätst und betreust du unsere Gäste während ihres gesamten Aufenthalts
Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Leitung und Organisation deiner Schichten in enger Abstimmung mit der Hotelleitung
Gemeinsam mit deinem Team stellst du einen reibungslosen Ablauf an der Rezeption sicher und achtest auf die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards
Check-in, Check-out, Rechnungsstellung und Kassenführung gehören selbstverständlich zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich
Du hast ein Auge auf Debitoren und Kreditoren und sorgst für korrekte Zahlungsvorgänge und -garantien
Für ein perfektes Gästeerlebnis arbeitest du eng mit Housekeeping, Reservierung und Service zusammen
Als Organisationstalent behältst du die Buchungssituation stets im Blick und handelst vorausschauend
Reklamationen nimmst du professionell entgegen, findest Lösungen und trägst so zur Gästezufriedenheit bei
Durch gezieltes Upselling unterstützt du die wirtschaftlichen Ziele des Hauses: immer im Einklang mit unserer Philosophie

What does your everyday look like?

Professional reception of the hotel guests, as well as competent advice and support.
Independently leading and managing shifts according to agreement and scheduling by the hotel management
You are responsible for the leadership, training and motivation of the employees in their shift.
You ensure a smooth operation at the reception and the perfect compliance with standards
Check-in and check-out as well as all front office tasks, such as invoicing and cash management
Control of debitors and creditors
Obtaining and verifying payment guarantees
Active cooperation with Housekeeping, Reservations and Service
Control functions - you are always up to date on the booking situation
Receipt and handling or forwarding of complaints
Upselling under consideration of the company's philosophy
