Das Hotel befindet sich auf der östlichen Seite des Hauptbahnhofes und ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wie sieht Dein Alltag aus?

Professioneller Empfang, kompetente Beratung und Betreuung der Hotelgäste
Das eigenständige Führen und Leiten von Schichten nach Absprache und Einteilung durch die Hotelleitung
Du bist mitverantwortlich für Führung, Schulung und Motivation der Mitarbeiter:innen in ihrer Schicht
Du stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf an der Rezeption und die Einhaltung der Standards sicher
Check-in und Check-out sowie alle am Front Office anfallenden Arbeiten, wie Rechnungserstellung und Kassenführung
Debitoren & Kreditoren Kontrolle
Einholung sowie Überprüfung von Zahlungsgarantien
Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit Housekeeping, Reservierung und Service
Kontrollfunktionen - Du bist stets über die Buchungssituation auf dem Laufenden
Entgegennahme und Erledigung bzw. Weiterleitung von Reklamationen
Upselling unter Berücksichtigung der Firmenphilosophie

What does your everyday look like?

Professional reception of the hotel guests, as well as competent advice and support.
Independently leading and managing shifts according to agreement and scheduling by the hotel management
You are responsible for the leadership, training and motivation of the employees in their shift.
You ensure a smooth operation at the reception and the perfect compliance with standards
Check-in and check-out as well as all front office tasks, such as invoicing and cash management
Control of debitors and creditors
Obtaining and verifying payment guarantees
Active cooperation with Housekeeping, Reservations and Service
Control functions - you are always up to date on the booking situation
Receipt and handling or forwarding of complaints
Upselling under consideration of the company's philosophy
