What does your everyday look like?
Ensure the smooth running of the reservation department according to Hilton Worldwide Standarsd as well as our hotel standards.
This includes:
- Entering reservations (individual/group).
- Invoicing and dunning
- Email and telephone communication
- Coordination with front office and housekeeping
- Maintenance of the OTA portals
- Cross-team thinking and acting
- Fun and joy at work
