We are now seeking a Technology Project Manager to help us by leading the implementation, integrate, and future-proof our tech stack across all JuneSix properties and operations.
What does your everyday look like?
You will lead the execution of our tech strategy by coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and operational stakeholders to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of best-in-class technology solutions, reporting directly to the CEO including shareholder exposure.
This is not an IT support role — it’s a strategic, hands-on position for someone who thrives at the intersection of project management, hotel tech, infrastructure, and innovation.
Tech Project Vendor Management - Designing, testing and aligning ideal guest journey process with all stakeholders
- Manage the rollout and testing of guest-facing and back-of-house systems
- Own timelines, budgets, and milestones across multiple tech implementation projects
- Act as primary point of contact for vendors; manage relationships and performance
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Liaise closely with hotel operations to ensure tech adoption and real-world fit
- Conduct user testing and collect operational feedback for iterative improvement
- Train or coordinate training for hotel staff on new tools and systems
Systems & Infrastructure Innovation - Support the transition from legacy infrastructure to cloud-native architecture (e.g. Infrastructure as Code using Terraform)
- Develop proof-of-concept environments to shape the “Hotel of the Future,” integrating automation, IoT, and scalable infrastructure
- Collaborate with IT partners and providers to ensure robust, secure, and documented environments (MFA enforcement, access control, network segmentation, and role-based rights)
- Explore and pilot ZTNA concepts for secure remote access and distributed operations
- Evaluate and support decisions on system interoperability, APIs, and local hardware rollouts (e.g., IoT, tablets, access control)
Data, Privacy & Compliance- Ensure GDPR compliance and secure data handling across guest and business systems
- Coordinate documentation and protocols related to IT security, backups, and business continuity
